The Dragon Medium Helmet is a head slot part of the dragon equipment and is the second strongest med helm in the game after the Dharok's. The Dragon Medium helmet requires a level of 60 Defence to equip.
Because of its difficulty to obtain, you can expect them to be sold at very high prices by other players. Only some of the Barrows head slot items are more powerful than the Dragon Medium Helmet, but they are degradeable and most commonly used in a whole set for the special ability it offers.
