The iron full helm is the fourth weakest helmet in 2006scape. The full helm differs from the iron med helm by its magic defence bonus. The iron full helm's magic defence bonus is greater than the iron med helm. To obtain an iron full helm you can kill monsters, buy one from various players, buy one from the Helmet Shop in Barbarian Village, or smith it. To create an iron full helm, you need 22 Smithing, a hammer, and two iron bars. This will grant you 50 smithing experience.

Iron armor is the only thing stronger than bronze that you can wear at level 1 Defence.
