Fishing bait is a Fishing tool used to fish with a fishing rod. It can be used to fish any spot that has the "Bait fishing spot" option to catch sardines at level 5, herring at level 10, or pike at level 25. Also, during Heroes' Quest the player learns how to fish Lava eel using fishing bait. Each catch uses one piece of fishing bait, so having enough bait to catch a significant amount of fish is important.
