Pure Essence is a stone that is obtained while mining in the Rune Essence mine. Any member with a mining level higher than 30 will get Pure Essence instead of Rune Essence while mining at the Rune Essence mine. If you're playing in a free-to-play world, or don't have level 30 mining, you will get Rune Essence.
Pure Essence can be crafted into any kind of rune provided the player meets the right Runecrafting requirements.
